Looking to boost your festival’s revenue from on-site alcohol sales? We offer fully equipped, pop-up bar services for small, medium and large events.  From wooden pop-up bar structures and Stage deck back bar equipment to staffing and stock options, we provide everything you need to run a seamless bar operation. Our minimum sized event to run our bars start at 1K cap.

We work with organisers to design and deliver custom bar setups based on your event layout, audience size, and operational needs. Whether you need one large central bar or multiple units across your site, we’ve got you covered with over 50m of pop-up bars available.

Our bar hire packages come with flexible revenue-sharing options. We’ll agree on a fair percentage of alcohol sales, helping you unlock a valuable income stream without the hassle of managing the bar yourself. This setup often offers some of the highest revenue potential among on-site vendor services.

Even without historical data, we’ll work with you to estimate sales potential and guide you on the best setup for maximum return. Most organisers opt for a combination of bar solutions, and we’re happy to help you find the right balance to suit your festival’s needs.

As optional extras, we also offer stretch tents perfect for creating stylish covered bar areas or chillout zones and fridge trailers to keep your stock cold and your service running smoothly. These can be hired individually or as part of a full bar package to suit your event’s specific requirements.
